The Greater Rochester International Airport is currently undergoing a $54 million revitalization program to transform and enhance the terminal to create a better passenger experience and help drive the economic engine in Monroe County. Construction at the Airport is underway and in the coming days and weeks it will be necessary for exhibits like the Clock of Nations, The Brass Tree, the Vintage Control Tower and the three hanging model aircraft to be removed from the demolition area to protect them from dust and debris.
Storage schedules will reflect the ongoing construction schedule. These exhibits will be stored in a safe location on-site at the Airport for the short term. Long-term plans for these exhibits will be developed after construction is complete.
